  • Are tyres purchased online new and guaranteed?

    Yes, we sell only new tyres that carry the same manufacturer guarantee as tyres sold by tyre mechanics and automotive centres.
    Tyres sold on our website have been stored since they left the factory no more than three years ago. We do not sell remould or second hand tires.

  • Can I order complete wheels already fitted and balanced ?

    Our site offers you summer or winter tyres fitted on alloy or steel rims, you just need to click on "complete wheels", to select your vehicle and to let yourself be guided.
    Be careful, the complete wheels being a tailor made product, according to law, no return (neither refund) will be taken in account, even if the parcel has been refused, unless the received product doesn't match the order, or if the product has a manufacturing defect.

  • Are the bolts delivered with the wheels?

    Alloy rims: the bolts are delivered with the product,but not in the case that the original bolts can be used.

    Steel rims: there are no bolts delivered because the original bolts can be used.

  • Do I have to do adjustments after the fitting ?

    There is no adjustment needed after fitting. But we advice you to check the geometry of the car regularly.

  • Which tyre can I fit on my vehicle?

    You must respect the structure, the dimension, the load and speed indexes recommended by your vehicle manufacturer. In case of doubt, you can consult the technical documentation of your vehicle, ask your garage or read this information on the side of your tyre.   • Can I mount a tyre with load or speedindex different than the one recommended for my vehicle?

    Yes, only if they are higher than the one recommended by the manufacturer and tyres fitted on the same axle must be strictly identical (same brand, model, load and speed indexes).

  • Is it possible to know the production year (DOT) of the tyres shipped with my order?

    Pneus Online guarantees to its customers that it will not offer for sale on its Web site tyres which are more than 3 years old.
    All our tyres are new and of recent manufacture.
    However, Pneus Online cannot select a tyre with a specific manufacturing date for a particular order.

    It's a sticker of 3 images, giving the consumer a clear information on the fuel consumption, the characteristics of security on wet road,and the level of noise of the tyre.

  • How can I order a TPMS valve?

    You can either order a TPMS valve as an accessory only by going to the Accessories heading in the top right of our browser menu, or by ordering complete rims or wheels. If you order rims only, we offer the option on the basket page of choosing whether you wish to receive the TPMS programmed for your vehicle. If you order complete wheels, the TPMS valve programmed for your vehicle is delivered and installed systematically inside each complete wheel for vehicles sold after 1 November 2014 and is an option on the basket page for vehicles sold before this date. Where we are unable to supply a TPMS programmed for your vehicle (be it as an accessory only, or when ordering rims or full wheels), we then offer a non-programmed TPMS that you will have to have installed and programmed by your dealer or car mechanic. If you have omitted to order a TPMS that you need for your vehicle when ordering full wheels, you can order it as an accessory only (programmed for your vehicle or not programmed) by going to the Accessories heading in the top right of our browser menu. Please refer to your vehicle's user manual to reset TPMS sensors with the car. The valve/vehicle connection is reset automatically in certain cases. However, in other cases, a professional like your dealer or car mechanic has to intervene.
