FAQ - Before my order - Price matching

I found cheaper products somewhere else. Do you match the prices?
PNEUS ONLINE TRADING matches its prices with its web competitors' prices for the same tyres and wheels and offers an extra discount of up to 3%. In order to benefit from this price matching you must meet certain conditions:
- We cannot sell at a loss
- The item must be identical and sold on the internet: new tyres, same dimensions, indexes, brand and profile. Production year must also be the same;
- The competitors' delivery time must not exceed PNEUS ONLINE TRADING's from 3 to 5 working days;
- Price match cannot be added to other voucher codes or any other commercial arrangement.
The price match can only be asked for car tyres, motor tyres and wheels, with the exclusion of any other product.

Price match, how does it work?

You must contact us via the contact form BEFORE you place an order to indicate us your email address, the competitor's website, the exact characteristics of the product (tyres or wheels), the quantity, and if possible the URL link leading to this information.
If price match is granted, a corresponding voucher will be available in your account. You may use this voucher to purchase the product for which you made a price match request, in the next 24 hours after our notification;
