Delivery fees or contributions to shipping costs are indicated to the client during the ordering process, before final confirmation. These fees may vary depending on the type, weight, and volume of the ordered product, as well as the delivery location selected by the client.

How long is the delivery time for the tyres?

Delivery time ranges from three three (3) to five (5) business days. This is intended as an estimate only. Consequently, a longer delivery time can in no way result in deductions, the payment of damages, or the cancellation of current orders. The delivery time is specified on each product description.

Where can I get my order delivered?

The tyres ordered, except quad tyres, can be delivered to the address of your choice (home, neighbors, family ...) or to a fitting station listed on our site and accepting delivery. All other products (including complete weels and ATV tyres) can be delivered to the address of your choice (one address per product family), but given their fragilty they cannot be delivered in a fitting station.

Is it possible to deliver my order at different adresses?

You can deliver a same family of products (tyres,wheels…) to a single address and another family to a different address.
Example: I canhave my tyres delivered at a fitting center and my wheels at my home address.

How does the delivery take place?

The delivery is done through our transport company which delivers from Monday till Friday,from 8:00 AM untill 06:00 PM. It's not possible to get an appointment. To be delivered as soon as possible, we suggest you to choose an address where someone will be present.

How can I track my order?

The tracking of your parcel is available in your online account 48 hours after shipment. If you don't see it, please contact us.

What does happen if I am not at home for delivery?

In case of abscence, the delivery man has to leave a delivery notice in your mailbox.
In case of doubt, contact us via the contact form or call us within maximum 3 to 4 days.

Can I ask for an appointment with the delivery man?

No, it is not possible. We cannot anticipate the exact delivery date and time.

Is it possible to pick up the tyres directly at Pneus Online?

It is not possible to come and pick up the tyres directly at our warehouse. The delivery will be done exclusively by the transport company to the chosen delivery address.

How many parcels will I receive?

The different tyres or complete wheels can be sent from different warehouses so they can be delivered in different parcels and not the same day. This is particularly true for motorcycle tyres. In case of part delivery, you must accept the parcels and write your remarks down the delivery note and contact us immediately.

Can I have the order delivered in another country than United Kingdom?

No. The chosen delivery address must be in the same country as the billing address of the order.

Which is the nearest fitting center?

Click on" tyres fitting centers" at the top of the page and indicate your postcode or city.
Contact the fitting center before ordering to inform him of your order, to check his availability and the fitting prices according to your tyres.

Can the fitting price indicated on the website be different from the one invoiced by your fitting center ?

The fitting prices indicated on our site are given as an information only. You must contact the fitting center before ordering.
Indeed, the fitting costs are set freely by each center and can vary according the characteristics of the tyre (Runflat, 4x4, commercial vehicle tyre, diameter, etc.).

Can I have my order delivered at my usual garage which is not a partner of your site ?

We can deliver to the address of your choice. But you must inform the consignee about the delivery of the tyres to avoid that he will refuse the parcel(s).
