Michelin Pilot Road Rear is an all-road and sport touring motorcycle tyre that shows excellent grip and longer tread life. The Two Compound technology (2CT) used in this tyre offers the combined advantage of soft and hard rubber.
Excellent grip and quick warm-up are governed by the soft rubber used in the shoulder of the tyre while longer tread life and outstanding traction are assured by the hard rubber in the tread centre. For enhanced performance, this tyre uses three new silica-reinforced tread compounds. The harder compound provides good handling during acceleration and the softer section of the tyre maintains good contact with the road surface for greater grip. Good tread wear properties are maintained even under extreme conditions.
