      I bought my first set of Nokian Weatherproof tyres for a Renault Scenic X-MOD almost a decade ago and they were superb. When, after I sold that car, they had covered in excess of 50,000km with plenty of tread depth remaining. Those tyres experience many winter trips to the Scottish Highlands as well as a lengthy early-spring trip to Geiranger in Norway, easily coping with snow, ice and many kilometres of unmetalled roads. I now drive a 2020 Fiat Panda Cross and the first thing I did on taking delivery was to order a set of Nokian Weatherproof tyres as the Panda's original tyres were awful on snow and ice. These Nokians instill so much confidence in winter road conditions. Sadly, it would seem the Weatherproof is being replaced by the slightly less aggressively treaded Seasonproof.
