Pneus Online" opens up new routes in 2006

There is mounting presssure as regards tyre sales on the Internet.
As Alexis Nerguisian freely admits: "I was full of doubts when I decided to launch Pneus Online in April 2001: the concept of selling tyres on the Internet didn't exist, and manufacturers didn't seem very eager to play the game. (...)"
But as regards the niche he so courageously carved out for himself, the figures speak for themselves. Between 2003 and 2005, his company's turnover rose from ¤500,000 to ¤4.5M. And this year he is aiming for the magic figure of ¤10 M. To achieve this, Nerguisian plans on extending to further territories. "We are already established in France, of course, as well as in Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria and the UK," he explains." As from 2006, we want to get a foothold in Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal."
