Consumer terms and conditions for the sale of tyres to UK residents as of 28/04/2026.
1. SCOPE
These terms and conditions, together with the documents referred to in them, detail the terms and conditions on which PNEUS ONLINE TRADING supplies the products listed on its website ("Products"). Please read these terms and conditions carefully since in ordering any product you agree to be bound by them and if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions you will not be able to order any Products from our site.

Our website is intended for use by people resident in the UK. By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:
- (a) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
- (b) you are at least 18 years old; and
- (c) you are resident in the UK.
The present PNEUS ONLINE TRADING general term and conditions of sale are applicable in the U.K., i.e. to customers with invoicing and delivery addresses located in the U.K.
The PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership card, also known as "POP," is subject to specific terms outlined below in the appendix, which will come into effect on the launch date.
2. PRODUCTS
2.1
Products sold by PNEUS ONLINE TRADING are destined to people and companies whose residence and shipping addresses are in the UK. All the tyres sold on our web site are left-hand drive (LHD), or both left (LHD) and right-hand drive (RHD), unless specified otherwise in the description of the Product on the website.
2.2
The types of tyres sold on the PNEUS ONLINE TRADING site carry the EC certification symbol and are exclusively new tyres (except for DEMO and retreaded tyres, identified and clearly stated as such). The characteristics of the products presented on the website can change from time to time and you are advised to check this regularly. The pictures of each product are non-binding.
Pneus Online guarantees to its customers that it will not offer for sale on its Web site tyres which are more than 3 years old (except for DEMO and retreaded tyres, identified and clearly stated as such).
All our tyres are new and of recent manufacture (except for DEMO and retreaded tyres, identified and clearly stated as such).
However, Pneus Online cannot select a tyre with a specific manufacturing date for a particular order.
2.3 Use of products
Given the specificity and the highly technical nature of the products sold by PNEUS ONLINE TRADING, you are expected to strictly adhere to the instructions and recommendations concerning safety and reliability. This includes use (vehicle, inflation, pressure, etc.), mounting and storage of the product. PNEUS ONLINE TRADING is in no way liable for poorly mounted tyres or damage caused by use under abnormal conditions.
PNEUS ONLINE TRADING cannot be held responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or installation of the products sold, including but not limited to: loss of operation, loss of profit, or costs related to vehicle immobilization.
2.4 No available stock
Considering the important volume of daily order processing, PNEUS ONLINE TRADING does not guarantee absolute availability of products and services ordered.
PNEUS ONLINE TRADING commits itself to processing the orders placed on the website while quantities last. In case the product or service ordered is not available anymore, PNEUS ONLINE TRADING will contact and inform the customer as soon as possible.
Despite careful stock management, certain products, particularly those originating from specific lots offered at a promotional or advantageous price, may exceptionally become unavailable after the order has been confirmed.
In such a case, we will immediately inform the customer and offer them the choice of:
- cancelling the order and receiving a full refund, which will be processed without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from notification; or
- accepting, with their consent, the supply of a product of equivalent quality and characteristics, offered at the pricing conditions in effect at the time of the replacement proposal.
In case of an order modification, PNEUS ONLINE TRADING will adjust the amount (overdue/due) according to the new reference chosen and will confirm the modified order by email.
3. ORDER
3.1 Order registration
Orders must be placed via the PNEUS ONLINE TRADING Website.
3.2 Order confirmation
Your payment of the price for the goods constitutes an offer on your part to purchase the goods. We will acknowledge your offer by sending confirmation within 24 hours of receiving your order, by automatic email to the email address advised by you. Orders are processed after receipt of payment and crediting of funds in the amount stated on the invoice and will be accepted by us when we dispatch the goods to you. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Any order for which payment is not received within seven days of your receipt of the order confirmation will be automatically cancelled.
3.3 Order modification
Information supplied by you, when placing the order, is binding. In the event of an error in the wording of the email address or recipient's details, PNEUS ONLINE TRADING cannot be held liable for its inability to confirm the order or make delivery. No change of delivery address for the package(s) can be taken into account, once the order is paid for. You may, however, at your own risk, request a change of delivery address from the transport company. In that case PNEUS ONLINE TRADING cannot be held responsible for any delivery error or loss of the packages by the transport company.
No modification of the order details (size, make, profile, invoicing or delivery address) is possible after receipt of payment by PNEUS ONLINE TRADING.
In the event of an error in one of these details, you must contact the PNEUS ONLINE TRADING hotline service, using the contact form which indicates the procedure and conditions for cancellation and reimbursement of the order (see art. 7. CANCELLATION).
3.4 Refusal of order processing
PNEUS ONLINE TRADING reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer for legitimate reasons. Accordingly, PNEUS ONLINE TRADING reserves, without prejudice to its other rights, the right to refuse an order if there is a dispute concerning a previous order and/or in case of non-compliance by the Client with the General Conditions and/or in case of fraud. In case of suspicion of fraud, PNEUS ONLINE TRADING will contact the Client to verify the information provided and determine, in accordance with the law and the personal data protection policy, whether fraud has occurred or not.
3.5 Promotional codes
Promotional codes offered by Pneus Online may only be used once per customer account per year. They cannot be combined with other promotional codes and do not apply to previous orders.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT
4.1
Prices given on the website of PNEUS ONLINE TRADING for the UK are expressed in GBP and include VAT.
4.2
PNEUS ONLINE TRADING has the right to modify its prices according to supply and demand. The price of any Products will be as quoted on the website at the date of order, except in the cases of obvious error.
4.3
The PNEUS ONLINE TRADING website contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lowest amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
4.4
We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as an error.
4.5 Payment by debit/credit card
Payment by debit/credit card (SSL 128 bits) is done on the BNP Paribas website thanks to the secured payment solution HiPay. Subscription renewal payments are made only through a secure and compliant system. The charge will be automatically applied to the payment method used during the last renewal. A renewal confirmation will be sent by email on the day of the charge.
Accordingly, the client agrees to update their credit card information. If this information is not updated, PNEUS ONLINE TRADING will notify the client in writing to do so as soon as possible. After a reasonable period determined by PNEUS ONLINE TRADING, it may, automatically, without additional formality and without prejudice to its other rights, suspend the corresponding PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership card until full payment or termination by PNEUS ONLINE TRADING. The client will remain liable for the amounts due for the subscription year concerned.
Attention!
Any order for which payment is not received within seven days of your receipt of the order confirmation will be automatically cancelled.
4.6 Price matching for tyres and wheels
PNEUS ONLINE TRADING matches its prices with its competitors' prices for the same tyres (except for ATV tyres) and wheels and offers an extra discount of up to 3%.
If you find better prices for delivery to the UK on another website, PNEUS ONLINE TRADING will match that price and offer an extra discount up to 3%. You must send your request by email to our customer service via the price match request contact form. In order to benefit from this price matching you must meet certain conditions:
- You must have or create an account. You may create an account via the customer form;
- You must contact us via the contact form BEFORE you place an order to indicate us your email address, the competitor's website, the exact characteristics of the product (tyres or wheels), the quantity, and if possible the URL link leading to this information;
- If price match is granted, a corresponding voucher will be available in your account. You may use this voucher to purchase the product for which you made a price match request, in the next 24 hours after our notification;
- The item must be identical and sold on the internet: new tyres, same dimensions, indexes, brand and profile. Production year must also be the same;
- The competitors' delivery time must not exceed PNEUS ONLINE TRADING's of more than 5 days;
- Price match cannot be added to other voucher codes or any other commercial arrangement.
PNEUS ONLINE TRADING reserves the right to refuse the price matching and to inform its customers by e-mail, especially in case of violation of any applicable legislation (i.e. prohibition to sell).
4.7 Financial conditions of the PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership card
The PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership card, also referred to as "POP" in various locations on the website in textual or graphical form, is payable annually unless otherwise stated or agreed between PNEUS ONLINE TRADING and the Client.
The subscription is entered into for an initial period of one year. The renewal (manual or automatic, depending on the chosen option) and cancellation terms are specified in the customer area or communicated at the time of subscription.
The price of the membership card is clearly indicated on the website at the time of subscription. In the event of a price increase, the Client will be informed at least two (2) months before the subscription's expiration date. The Client will then have the option to terminate their subscription under the conditions described below.
In the event of late or non-payment and after unsuccessful reminders, PNEUS ONLINE TRADING reserves the right, after informing the Client, to suspend the use of the membership card, without prejudice to the termination of its other rights, including termination of these terms in relation to the membership card.
Automatic renewal of the PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership card applies only to clients who have chosen to pay by credit card via our provider Hipay. In this case, the charge will be automatically applied to the payment method used during the last purchase or renewal.
The client will be informed by email no earlier than three months and no later than one month before the renewal date.
They can deactivate this option at any time from their client account.
4.8 Measures against fraud
To prevent fraudulent payments over the internet, PNEUS ONLINE TRADING may analyze your order, also with the help of a third party service.
The hotline service of PNEUS ONLINE TRADING does not have any access to your bank information nor to the details of the analysis. With reference to this analysis PNEUS ONLINE TRADING may cancel the order and credit the amount back on the used debit/credit card.
All outstanding debts due to a fraudulent use of a credit card will lead to the registration of the data in relation with the order and linked with the outstanding debts in a file "payments incidents".
4.9 Order processing fees
Order processing fees are applied to cover administrative management costs and coordination with our partner suppliers. The amount is indicated before order confirmation. These fees do not apply to customers with a valid PNEUS ONLINE PRIME subscription.
5. PROPRIETOR SHIP AND RISK
Any product shipped to you remains property of PNEUS ONLINE TRADING until full payment is received.
The Product(s) will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
6. SHIPPING
The shipping address communicated by you must be in the same country as the invoice address, which must be in the UK. It is mandatory that you check your tyres or the complete wheels yourself (or let it check very carefully by the fitting station) before the fitting is done to be sure of their compliance with the order and their compatibility with the vehicle. In case of mistake in the tyres or complete wheels shipped, the tyres will not be taken back or refunded after mounting.
Delivery fees or contributions to shipping costs are indicated to the client during the ordering process, before final confirmation. These fees may vary depending on the type, weight, and volume of the ordered product, as well as the delivery location selected by the client.
6.1 Multi-address delivery for a single order
An order can be delivered to different addresses only if the delivery addresses are in the same country as the customer billing address. Same product family (e.g. wheels) cannot be delivered to multiple addresses.
6.2 Late delivery
Delivery time ranges from three (3) to five (5) business days and is given as an estimate only. Consequently, we have no liability in respect of later delivery which can in no way result in rebates or cancellation of current orders.
6.3 Delivery notification
Delivery is done by a third party transport company under contract with PNEUS ONLINE TRADING. In case of absence, the delivery person is supposed to leave a delivery notice in your mailbox. You should then contact the PNEUS ONLINE TRADING service hotline by contact form or the transport company within 3 to 4 days after initial delivery attempt.
After this deadline, the items will be returned to the PNEUS ONLINE TRADING warehouses.
In that case, return fees of 45 GBP tax included, will be charged to you and deducted from any refund.
The terms and conditions for the return of the complete wheels are indicated in chapter 6.8 return of the products.
6.4 Delivery to a fitting station
You have the option to choose a fitting station for the shipping and fitting of the tyres only (except for ATV tyres). Fitting will be done in that specific fitting station only; PNEUS ONLINE TRADING has no involvement in the fitting of the tyres.
It is your duty to contact the garage before ordering to make sure it can receive and mount the tyres.
It is mandatory that you check your tyres yourself (or let it check bij the fitting station) before the fitting is done to be sure of their compliance with the order and their compatibility with the vehicle. In case of mistake in the tyres shipped, the tyres will not be taken back or refunded AFTER mounting.
6.5 Partial delivery
In case of missing products at the time of delivery, you must note this in writing on the delivery receipt provided by the delivery person. You must then inform the service hotline of PNEUS ONLINE TRADING of your concerns by phone or contact form within fourteen days after delivery.
PNEUS ONLINE TRADING will then ship missing product as soon as practicable after the file is closed.
Attention!
If nothing is indicated on the delivery receipt, PNEUS ONLINE TRADING will not take any complaint into consideration.
6.6 Damaged products or non-matching to order products
In case of damaged or non-matching products received, you have the right to refuse delivery and note this in writing on the delivery receipt provided by the delivery person. You have fourteen days to fully check merchandise and make claim to the service hotline of PNEUS ONLINE TRADING of his/her concerns by phone, contact form to the PNEUS ONLINE TRADING service hotline. The customer must inform PNEUS ONLINE TRADING about the damage or nonconformity of the product received by contact form. The customer may avail himself of the protections provided by law, in accordance with Article 8 "Product Warranty". PNEUS ONLINE TRADING agrees to accept erroneous or non-compliant products at its expense and to ship new products as soon as possible and, in any event, no later than 4 (four) business days. Otherwise, PNEUS ONLINE TRADING will do its best to provide the customer with a product equivalent to that ordered. In any case, the customer also has the right to request an immediate refund of the amount.
PNEUS ONLINE TRADING is committed to take back free of charge damaged products or non-matching products and ship new products in the best possible deadline (if the conditions mentioned in paragraph 6.7 are respected).
It is mandatory that you or a person of your designation check your tyres yourself before the fitting is done. In the event of an error in the tyres shipped, the tyres will not be taken back or refunded AFTER mounting.
The person who receives the wheels parcels must, before signing the bill of delivery, remove the products from their packaging and check by himself/herself the compliance of the product with the order and the lack of damage on the rims.
If any damage is noticed on a wheel, the wheel must be carefully repacked back in its original box and must be refused and given back to the delivery person.
Wheels must be returned in their original package.
Every damage noticed by the customer on the complete wheels on delivery, should be notified by the customer on the delivery receipt. Otherwise, PNEUS ONLINE TRADING will not take into consideration any complaint. In that case, the complete wheels will not be returned or refunded.
6.7 Loss of parcel
If delivery has still not occurred within 5 days after receipt of parcel numbers, you must inform the service hotline of PNEUS ONLINE TRADING by contact form, exceptions made from the information contained in articles 7.6 and 8.5.
A claim will then be filed with the transport company in order to find the reason for lateness.
Different case scenarios :
- Transport company does not find the shipping address or does not have the shipping address anymore.
Solution : PNEUS ONLINE TRADING transmits the complete address to the transport company. Parcel will be delivered within 48 to 72 hours. - The parcel is not traceable. The transport company files a claim which can take up to 10 business days.
Solution : If the parcel is found, it will be shipped to you. If the parcel is lost, PNEUS ONLINE TRADING proceeds to a new shipment or a refund of the order, according to your instructions.
6.8 Return of products
Arrangements for pick-up and return of the products by the shipping company will be made by PNEUS ONLINE TRADING only. The client cannot ship products back himself.
Once fitted or damaged, the rims will not be returned or refunded. Wheels must be returned in their original package, with no valve and no a lead weight.
The complete wheel being a tailor made product and according to law, the return is not accepted by PNEUS ONLINE and the order cannot be refunded.
Your request will be examined only in the case of a mistake from the technical department concerning a product that does not match the vehicle indicated in the order. In that case, the client should inform the hotline department of PNEUS ONLINE TRADING via the contact form.
Complete wheels
Pneus Online will neither exchange nor refund custom-made complete wheels unless an independent technical assessment, organized or validated by Pneus Online, formally demonstrates a defect or a non-conformity directly attributable to the delivered product. In such a case, Pneus Online will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a partial or full refund, without the obligation of systematic replacement. Since every vehicle is different, any installation, even of complete wheels, must be carried out by a professional who has the competence and responsibility to complete the balancing or fit a centering ring if necessary
Other products
For any request to return goods, the customer must obtain the return procedure relating to his/her specific case from PNEUS ONLINE TRADING, using the contact form.
7. WITHDRAWAL
Customers have 14 days from the date the products are delivered, in which to exercise their right to change their mind about an order placed, for any reason whatsoever. If the customer has appointed a trusted person to take receipt of the delivery, the right of withdrawal runs from the date the product is delivered to that person, (other than the delivery firm).
PNEUS ONLINE TRADING must be notified of the withdrawal in writing, using the cancellation form or another form of statement to this effect in writing, sent by other means. In the event that other means are used, it is the consumer's responsibility to establish proof that withdrawal has been made.
To be able to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must give notice before the 14-day cooling-off period has expired and the product must be returned to PNEUS ONLINE TRADING in accordance with the instructions at point 7.2 How to return products.
For more information about the right of withdrawal and instructions on how to proceed, you can contact the PNEUS ONLINE TRADING customer service department.
At all events, the customer is bound to return the products in accordance with the instructions in article 7.3, How to return products, within 14 days following the date on which the customer has notified his withdrawal.
The customer must accept liability for the costs involved in returning the products, as provided in article 7.3, How to return products. The customer may be considered liable for the loss in value of the products, arising from the products being handled in a manner other than that necessary to establish the nature and features of the products and how they are operated.
Provisions pertaining to withdrawal do not apply to products for which the law provides exceptions to the right of withdrawal (for example, personalized products, custom-built, products at risk of deteriorating rapidly, products sealed hermetically which cannot be returned for safety or hygiene reason, etc.).
7.1
You may cancel a Contract at any time within fourteen (14) business days, beginning on the day after the product, service, or PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership card are received. PNEUS ONLINE TRADING will exchange or reimburse any product returned within this time in accordance with the refunds policy minus the return fees cost.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that have been mounted, used, damaged, or show clear signs of use after receipt. These products will neither be returned nor refunded. This also applies to the PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership card if the consumer has expressly requested its use before the end of the withdrawal period, or if the card was used during a purchase (by benefiting from its advantages), etc. In any of these cases, the product or the PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership card is not subject to withdrawal and is therefore non-refundable. However, in the exceptional case of purchasing a product that turns out to be unavailable, the client may exercise a right of withdrawal for the remaining period between the standard 14-day period and the time from the purchase of the PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership card to the written notification by PNEUS ONLINE TRADING of the product's unavailability. It is specified that in the case of multiple product orders, this principle of continuity of the right of withdrawal only applies if all products in the order are unavailable. The client may then request cancellation and a refund of the order, provided no other benefits of the card have been used.
7.2
The cancellation should be made by contact form.
How to return products ?
The customer may refuse delivery or inform PNEUS ONLINE TRADING of withdrawal within a maximum of 14 days from, respectively, the date of refusal of the goods or of the delivery.
Payment of the costs of returning the products purchased shall be made by the customer directly to PNEUS ONLINE TRADING who will thereby release the customer from any obligation to pay the carrier. In effect, PNEUS ONLINE TRADING will retain an amount from the refund, equivalent to the cost of shipping the products purchased. The cost of carriage of the different types of product is stated below, if you are using PNEUS ONLINE TRADING's recommended carrier. Furthermore, with effect from the time the products purchased are handed over to the carrier indicated by PNEUS ONLINE TRADING, the customer is released from all liability should the products be lost or damaged during transport. The customer may be considered liable in the event he or she has not taken the necessary care and attention required when the products are returned, for example where the return delivery has been made in packaging not suitable for transport.
If the customer obtains a written estimate for transporting the product to the delivery point indicated by PNEUS ONLINE TRADING, from a first-rate carrier for an amount lower than stated in the following provisions, PNEUS ONLINE TRADING will match this price. PNEUS ONLINE TRADING will match this price subject to the following conditions:
- Where the customer has obtained a lower price for transport from another carrier, the customer must contact PNEUS ONLINE TRADING via the contact form, the Website or by another means, clearly stating the price applied by the carrier and, if possible, giving the URL link where this information can be accessed, before returning the product.
- The customer must give details of the transport as well as the delivery period, which must not exceed that of PNEUS ONLINE TRADING.PNEUS ONLINE TRADING will then organize collection and match return costs. The customer will be refunded the cost of the product, less return costs, as stated by the carrier in question.
As well as informing us in writing, you must also make the tyres available for collection. Arrangements for the collection and return of the tyres by the shipping company must be made by PNEUS ONLINE TRADING only unless otherwise specified. It is mandatory that you check your tyres yourself (or let it check bij the fitting station) before the fitting is done to be sure of their compliance with the order and their compatibility with the vehicle. In case of mistake in the tyres shipped, the tyres will not be taken back or refunded after mounting.
7.3
If you purchase rims you also have fourteen (14) working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel the Contract. Rims must be returned in their original package.
7.4
You have a legal obligation to take care of the products whilst they are in your possession. If you fail to do so, we have a right of legal action against you for compensation.
7.5
Return fees (45 GBP, tax included, per tyre or rim or snow chain) are to be paid by you, therefore they will be deducted from the total refunded by PNEUS ONLINE TRADING. This amount corresponds to the actual price paid by PNEUS ONLINE TRADING to the carrier. Products will be refunded or exchanged only if they are in their original condition and once fitted or damaged Products shall not be refunded or exchanged unless they are defective.
If you return a Product to us:
- (a) because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the fourteen-day cooling-off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as the product is received at our depot.
- (b) for any other reason (for instance, because you have notified us that you do not agree to a change in these terms and conditions or in any of our policies, or because you consider that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your remedy via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the remedy due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a remedy.
Refund details
The refund of orders paid by debit/credit card will be made on the used debit/credit card and of those paid by bank transfer will be made by bank transfer.
PNEUS ONLINE TRADING is committed to refund every product returned in the conditions indicated in these terms and conditions.
The discounts are not refundable.
PNEUS ONLINE TRADING commits to refunding the client who has exercised their right of withdrawal the full amount of the paid order and delivery fees within fourteen (14) calendar days, starting from the earliest of the following events: (i) receipt of the client's withdrawal notification, (ii) retrieval of the returned products, or (iii) provision by the client of proof of shipment of the products. In the case of a valid withdrawal request for the PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership card, PNEUS ONLINE TRADING will refund the client, provided that the PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership card has not been used, in accordance with the present conditions. There is no requirement for a physical return (as the card is not physical), but PNEUS ONLINE TRADING will deactivate the said PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership card as soon as the withdrawal request is received.
7.6 Communications
In addition, the consumer is free to use any other means of communication in place of the contact form. However, proving that PNEUS ONLINE TRADING has received the communication is the consumer's responsibility.
8. PRODUCT WARRANTY
8.1 Statutory Warranty
The Compliance Warranty (legal warranty) constitutes an obligation on the seller.
It is the seller and not the producer or manufacturer who is bound by law to provide the product compliance warranty. The product must possess all the qualities and features promised by the seller, stated on the label or in publicity and advertising material.
Warranty Period: the warranty is valid for 24 months from delivery. The consumer has 2 months from the time he or she discovers the defect to report the same to the seller and obtain relevant compensation such as, for example, a replacement or a repair free of charge. At all events the legislation does not allow any more than 26 months after delivery of the product in which to assert one's statutory rights. Furthermore, should a compliance defect be ascertained within 6 months following delivery of the product, it is assumed that the defect was there at the time of delivery.
The products marketed and sold by PNEUS ONLINE TRADING are covered by the seller's two-year warranty and the manufacturer's warranty. In addition, this warranty applies to products presenting damage at the time delivery is made. In any event, the defect must be reported to PNEUS ONLINE TRADING in writing using the contact form.
At all events the customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise his or her right of withdrawal (see article 7, WITHDRAWAL).
8.2 Optional Commercial Warranty
PNEUS ONLINE TRADING offers the Customer, under certain conditions, the possibility to subscribe to an optional commercial warranty covering tyres, rims or wheels ordered on the website. This warranty is formalized by a specific contract, the terms, conditions of application, exclusions, and implementation procedures of which are detailed at the following address: https://www.tyres-pneus-online.co.uk/tyre-insurance.html
Subscription to this commercial warranty is optional and distinct from the statutory warranties in force.
This commercial warranty is granted without prejudice to:
- the statutory conformity warranty, which applies independently of any subscribed commercial warranty;
- and the statutory warranty against hidden defects applicable in the event of hidden flaws making the product unfit for its intended use.
In case of contradiction between the provisions of the commercial warranty and those of the statutory warranties, the latter shall prevail.
8.3 Tyres
PNEUS ONLINE TRADING is committed to exchanging (new shipment) any products which were defective at the time of delivery. Please notify us, via the PNEUS ONLINE TRADING hotline of any defects present at the time of delivery within fourteen (14) business days starting from the delivery date by contact form, fax or email to PNEUS ONLINE TRADING, and submit a dated and signed agreement from the tyre professional who noticed the defect.
If the tyre has not been mounted, PNEUS ONLINE TRADING will organise the pick-up and ship a new tyre.
If the tyre has been mounted, PNEUS ONLINE TRADING will then pick-up the defective tyre and will ship it to the manufacturer's expert. Expert determination can take up to 8 weeks. If defect is confirmed by the manufacturer, the tyre will be refunded, according to each case, its wear and tear rate.
Important! Please note that deformation caused by poor storage, where the customer/garage has had the tyres in its possession for over fourteen (14) business days, will not be considered a defect and bulges (small bumps along the tyre wall) found on tyres that have been mounted and used are not guaranteed by the manufacturer nor PNEUS ONLINE TRADING.
8.4 Rims
In case of a manufacturing defect, you must inform PNEUS ONLINE TRADING via contact form or fax.
PNEUS ONLINE TRADING will transmit to you a return number to write on the parcel which will be collected by a carrier on behalf of PNEUS ONLINE TRADING.
PNEUS ONLINE TRADING commits itself to send new rims or provide a full refund as soon as possible. Rims must be returned in their original package.
Nothing in this clause 8 shall affect your statutory rights.
8.5 Complete wheels
The customer has fourteen days from the delivery date to check that the products delivered match with the order and inform PNEUS ONLINE TRADING hotline service about any manufacturer's defect noticed before fitting. When the defect is noticed after fitting, the client must inform the PNEUS ONLINE TRADING hotline by contact form, fax or letter to PNEUS ONLINE TRADING and send photos of the product.
Depending on the defect, the PNEUS ONLINE TRADING hotline will offer the customer the best solution suitable for his case.
Nothing in this clause 8 shall affect your statutory rights.
8.6 Other products
The fault must be advised using the contact form, fax, or a recorded delivery letter addressed to PNEUS ONLINE TRADING.
PNEUS ONLINE TRADING will give the customer a return number to state on the package to be collected by a transport company nominated by PNEUS ONLINE TRADING.
PNEUS ONLINE TRADING undertakes to send a new product with the minimum delay.
8.7 Communications
In addition, the consumer may use other means of communication than the contact form, however proving that PNEUS ONLINE TRADING has received the communication is the consumer's responsibility.
The present PNEUS ONLINE TRADING general term and conditions of sale are applicable in the U.K., i.e. to customers with invoicing and delivery addresses located in the U.K.
9. LIABILITY
9.1
Subject to clause 8 and 9.2, if we fail to comply with these terms and conditions, we shall only be liable to you for the purchase price of the Products

Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits our liability for:
- (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- (c) any breach of the obligations implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979;
- (d) defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or
- (e) any other matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability

These data are collected by Pneus Online and are strictly necessary for the establishment and management of our business relationship. The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract.
Pneus Online acts as the Data Controller and is therefore responsible for complying with the obligations arising from EU Regulation No. 2016/679, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), regarding the collection and processing of personal data carried out during our services.
The personal data processed by Pneus Online include identification data (first name, last name), personal information (postal address, phone number, email address), professional data (job title, professional email, phone number, workplace), and financial data (bank account details, payment information).
We do not collect any sensitive data such as religion, trade union membership, racial or ethnic origin, criminal records, or health-related information.
For Pneus Online, protecting personal data is fundamental as it reflects the relationship we maintain with you. In accordance with the GDPR, Pneus Online retains the data concerning your company, yourself, and your staff for five years from the end of our contractual relationship.

Any copying or representation of all or part of this website by any means whatsoever without the express permission of PNEUS ONLINE HOLDING, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by articles L 335-2 and next of the Intellectual Property Code and the European Directive 96/9/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.
All images, text and graphic elements used without the consent of PNEUS ONLINE HOLDING may be prosecuted.

10.3 Legal validity
The databases contained on the website are protected by the provisions of the Act of July 11, 1998 transposed into the Intellectual Property Code (IPC) of the European directive of March 11, 1996 on the legal protection of databases. The extraction and/or re-utilization of the whole or of a substantial part evaluated qualitatively and/or quantitatively, of the contents of the database contained on this website are prohibited. Violators are subject to the remedies referred in Articles L 343-1 and next of the Intellectual Property Code.
The rights of databases producers also apply on tyres' profiles with their selling prices as well as on the partner fitting centres of PNEUS ONLINE TRADING.
10.4
PNEUS ONLINE TRADING forbids the use of any program intended to aspirate the contents of the website except for search engine companies and robots formally authorized by PNEUS ONLINE TRADING.
The user also undertakes not to use programs that could create unreasonable overload and disrupt the functioning of the website.
Any fraudulent intrusion on the website and / or aspiration of the Pneus Online website content and / or extraction of its database in whole or part may be prosecuted as stipulated by the law.
11. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTICES
11.1
Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using our website, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices on our website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
11.2
All notices given by you to us must be given to PNEUS ONLINE TRADING by e-mail or via the contact form on our website. We may give notice to you at either the e-mail or postal address you provide to us when placing an order, or in any of the ways specified in clause 11.1 above. Notice will be deemed received and properly served immediately when posted on our website, 24 hours after an e-mail is sent, or three days after the date of posting of any letter. In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an e-mail, that such e-mail was sent to the specified e-mail address of the addressee.
12. TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
12.1
The contract between you and us is binding on you and us and on our respective successors and assignees.
12.2
You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without our prior written consent.
12.3
We may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the Contract.
13. EVENTS OUTISDE OUR CONTROL
13.1
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
13.2
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
- (a) strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
- (b) civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
- (c) fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
- (d) impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
- (e) impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; and
- (f) the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
13.3
Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
14. WAIVER
14.1
If we fail, at any time during the term of a Contract, to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under the Contract or any of these terms and conditions, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under the Contract, this will not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and will not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.
14.2
A waiver by us of any default will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.
14.3
No waiver by us of any of these terms and conditions will be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing in accordance with clause 11 above.
15. SEVERANCE
If any of these terms and Conditions or any provisions of a Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
16.1
These terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to in them constitute the whole agreement between us and supersede all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between us relating to the subject matter of any Contract.
16.2
We each acknowledge that, in entering into a Contract, neither of us relies on, or will have any remedies in respect of, any representation or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in these terms and conditions or the documents referred to in them.
16.3
Each of us agrees that our only liability in respect of those representations and warranties that are set out in this agreement (whether made innocently or negligently) will be for breach of contract.
16.4
Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any liability for fraud.
17. OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
17.1
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities.
17.2
You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before we send you the Dispatch Confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within fourteen working days of receipt by you of the Products).
18. DISPUTE MANAGEMENT AND APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. In the event of a dispute, the customer should immediately contact the service hotline of PNEUS ONLINE TRADING in order to reach an amicable solution. Should an amicable solution be impossible, all disputes or contentions arising from contracts between PNEUS ONLINE TRADING and the customer will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
19. TERMINATION
19.1 Non-renewal of the PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership card subscription
The consumer must notify PNEUS ONLINE TRADING in writing by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (the postmark serving as proof for notifications sent by mail) no later than 7 days before the subscription's expiration date. In addition, and without prejudice to the above, the Client may disable automatic renewal directly from their client account on the website no later than 1 day before the subscription expires. This information, provided in clear and understandable terms, includes a clearly visible box indicating the non-renewal deadline. If this information was not sent to the consumer as stated in the first paragraph, the consumer may terminate the contract free of charge at any time from the renewal date. Any advance payments made after the last renewal date or, in the case of open-ended contracts, after the conversion date of the initial fixed-term contract, will be refunded within 14 days from the termination date, less any amounts corresponding to the execution of the contract up to that point.
The provisions of this article apply without prejudice to those that legally subject certain contracts to specific consumer information rules.
The Client may cancel their PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership subscription for its upcoming renewal (given the non-cancellable 12-month commitment), either by sending written notice to PNEUS ONLINE TRADING (Rue Alexandre Gavard 16, 1227 Carouge, TRADING) or via their Account. The subscriber's written notice must be sent to PNEUS ONLINE TRADING by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (the postmark serving as proof for mailed notifications) no later than 7 days before the subscription's expiration date in the case of mail notification. In addition, and without prejudice to the above, the Client may disable automatic renewal directly from their client account on the website no later than 1 day before the subscription expires. A dedicated interface will be available in the client's personal space with the following information displayed in a clear and understandable manner :
- (i) The conditions for terminating the contract, including notice periods and any possible consequences of termination,
- (ii) Client information: first and last name,
- (iii) An email address or, failing that, a postal address allowing PNEUS ONLINE TRADING to send confirmation of receipt of the request,
- (iv) The client or contract number,
- (v) The desired termination date. Once the termination request is submitted via this interface, (a) the client immediately receives an acknowledgment of their request by email, and (b) within a reasonable time, PNEUS ONLINE TRADING sends a notification confirming the exact end date of the subscription and the consequences of this termination.
The termination takes effect on the expiration date of the current subscription. No termination fee is applied. From that date, the benefits linked to the PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership card will no longer be accessible. If the client wishes to subscribe again, they will have to purchase a new PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership card at the current rate.
19.2 Termination for cause
PNEUS ONLINE TRADING may, without prejudice to its other rights, consider the subscription terminated by operation of law and proceed with its deactivation without notice in the event of :
- Non-payment by the subscriber of amounts due, after a written reminder from PNEUS ONLINE TRADING remains unsuccessful,
- Making the PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership card and/or associated codes available to third parties in any form,
- More generally, failure to comply with these General Terms and Conditions and/or the General Conditions of the PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership card.
This automatic termination is without prejudice to the Client's ability to contest it by presenting their case to PNEUS ONLINE TRADING. In the event of termination, the Client will remain liable to PNEUS ONLINE TRADING for all amounts due up to the subscription's expiration date.
GENERAL CONDITIONS – PNEUS ONLINE PRIME MEMBERSHIP CARD
Article 1
All terms written with a capital letter refer to definitions within these General Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV), or the General Terms of Use (CGU).
PNEUS ONLINE TRADING offers a paid membership card to its clients, rewarding their purchasing habits (the “Program”). To benefit from the advantages of the Program, the Client must make purchases from PNEUS ONLINE TRADING. The PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership card grants access to a program with numerous benefits, but does not constitute a voucher or a claim against PNEUS ONLINE TRADING.
"By subscribing to the Program, the subscribing individual (hereinafter referred to as the “Member”) hereby accepts the following conditions (hereinafter “General Conditions for the PNEUS ONLINE PRIME Membership Card”). These General Conditions replace and supersede all previous documents. The version of the General Conditions applicable under UK law, allows one to join the Program, provided they have read and accepted the General Conditions of the PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership card. This membership is strictly personal and cannot benefit another person."
The card is limited to one per household (defined as one email address).
The member may neither give nor lend their card to a third party. In case of doubt regarding compliance with these General Conditions of the PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership card, PNEUS ONLINE TRADING reserves the right to request proof of identity and/or to withhold the benefits associated with the Program. The Program is entirely dematerialized. To subscribe to the PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership card and benefit from its advantages, it is mandatory to create an Account on the Website, though it is not necessary to make a product purchase on the Website beforehand.
The Client may, at any time, request the termination and permanent deactivation of their Account by submitting a simple written request to PNEUS ONLINE TRADING.
Vouchers issued as part of the loyalty program, particularly the £50 vouchers, cannot be used to purchase the PNEUS ONLINE PRIME card, nor combined with the benefits linked to this card. Holders of a PNEUS ONLINE PRIME subscription cannot use these vouchers during the entire duration of their membership. For customers who are not members of PNEUS ONLINE PRIME, these £50 vouchers are valid on other products until 31/08/2025.
Article 2. PNEUS ONLINE PRIME PROGRAM
2.1 Rules
The PNEUS ONLINE PRIME program is based on a virtual card, offered on the Website by PNEUS ONLINE TRADING, at the price indicated on the Website.
PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership cards can be purchased by clients while stocks last. Even though there is a quantity sufficient to meet reasonable demand, PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership cards are available in limited numbers, with availability renewed each month or each week.
The card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the Website, under a specific promotion, launch offer, or special agreement between PNEUS ONLINE TRADING and the Client. The subscription is automatically and tacitly renewed each year for a period of 12 months. The professional service provider must inform the consumer in writing—by name-specific letter or dedicated email—no earlier than three (3) months and no later than one (1) month before the end of the period authorizing rejection of the tacit renewal clause, about the possibility of not renewing the contract. This notice will systematically be sent by email at least one (1) month before the expiration date. The Client may choose not to renew their subscription as outlined in the provisions of Article 10 of the General Conditions.
The charge will be automatically applied to the payment method used during the last renewal. A renewal confirmation will be sent by email on the day of the charge.
The PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership card is non-refundable, except under the right of withdrawal conditions outlined in Article 7.1 of the General Conditions. The Client is therefore informed that once the right of withdrawal has expired or been waived, no refund can be issued for the price of the PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership card.
The PNEUS ONLINE PRIME card is a cumulative subscription. Each purchase entitles the customer to a subscription period of one (1) year. In the event of multiple purchases, including those made within a short period of time, the corresponding durations are automatically accumulated (for example: 2 purchases = 2 years of subscription). The customer expressly acknowledges and accepts this mechanism before confirming their order. No refund will be granted on the grounds of multiple or closely timed purchases.
2.2. Benefits
- Automatically, upon the first product purchase when subscribing to the PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership card, an immediate and automatic discount is applied. This discount cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the site for certain products.
- Free delivery on all products, except for orders consisting of only one product
- The client is entitled to warranties on 4 tyres and/or rims (excluding any other product such as, for example, wheels). This means a warranty covering 4 tyres/rims for 12 months from the date of the product order. The client must manually add the offered warranty to their cart for the products they wish to apply it to, up to a maximum of 4 tyres or rims. Under this warranty, the Client may submit a claim on the dedicated page (see tyre/rim warranty). This warranty is automatically activated upon purchase and is valid for 12 months from the date of the order.
The client may benefit from the warranty on a maximum of 4 tyres or rims, even if ordered in multiple purchases. Beyond 4 products, warranty coverage for additional items can be purchased separately.
Conversely, if the client orders more than 4 products at once in the same cart, they must pay for the warranty on the extra products; if they wish to benefit from only the 4 warranties included in the PNEUS ONLINE PRIME program, they should place one order for 4 products to receive the warranties and a second order without selecting additional coverage. - Priority access to customer service (a contact form in the client account enabling prioritized support);
- Immediate discounts. A client with a PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership card benefits from immediate discounts on selected products. The discount amount varies by product and is specified at the time of purchase. These discounts are directly deducted from the displayed price of eligible products and are not applicable across the entire catalog. They may vary from one product to another. Use of the PNEUS ONLINE PRIME card is not mandatory for purchases, but immediate discounts apply only if the card is added to the cart and paid for or has already been purchased. Benefits may evolve, be modified, and/or be removed for certain items. Clients are informed in advance in writing of any changes before they take effect.
The renewal of the PNEUS ONLINE PRIME membership card has no impact on the benefits already acquired and does not extend the warranty of the four products concerned, which remains limited to its initial duration.
In the event of the purchase of several PNEUS ONLINE PRIME cards within the same year, the validity periods are added consecutively and the related services and warranties may be used from their date of purchase.
Article 3. PROGRAM MODIFICATION
The General Conditions of the PNEUS ONLINE PRIME Program are the only ones applicable to the Program. PNEUS ONLINE TRADING reserves the right to modify them at any time with reasonable written notice.
In the event of termination of the Program, PNEUS ONLINE TRADING will notify Clients 3 months in advance (unless in an emergency where the notice period is reasonably shortened) before the Program's end date. In such a case, the card is non-refundable.
Article 4. PROGRAM MONITORING
The Client will be held responsible for any breach or violation of these General Conditions, or any abusive or fraudulent use of the Account by themselves or by a third party, which may result in the immediate exclusion of the Client, deactivation of the Account, and the loss of all benefits. PNEUS ONLINE TRADING reserves the right to carry out any checks regarding the use of the Account. These checks are initially automated and subsequently subject to manual verification to determine whether the use was abusive.
