    SP Sport 01 is an asymmetrical, multi-talented, summer tyre. It is specially designed for sports cars, coupes and sedans. The tyre has silica tread compound which helps in providing better wet grip and long tread life. It has twin steel belt reinforced using JointLess Band (JLB). The tread pattern is divided into three segments as Longitudinal-Rail-System, Hydro-Paddles and Parallelogram-Block-Design. The Longitudinal-rail-system ensures the effective transmission of lateral forces and effective noise reduction. This helps in excellent handling and driving comfort. Hydro-Paddle tread pattern helps in deflecting water. Parallelogram-Block-Design with closed outer shoulder design works against disturbing high frequencies and eliminates it. The arrangement of the shoulder blocks in "Asymmetric-Transfer-Variation" helps in eliminating the distribution of the high frequencies. It also provides safe handling of the vehicle. SP Sport 01 has Maximum Flange Shield (MFS) marking.
