    Cooper is the second largest American constructer still independent, and is ranked forth in the US consumers' preferences. This brand, created in 1914 had the fastest evolution of all American manufacturers. Headquartered in Findlay, Ohio, this company that exports its tyres in more than 60 countries has been carefully building itself a dynamic and innovative image.       Excellent traction in snow - last time we had some i was recovering otger 4x4s with summer tyres from hills and hedges. Run them all year round - even to south of France in summer. Tyres did start getting ridged after a few years so swapped for a new set.
