    Apollo is an Indian brand, founded in 1976. It has boomed in recent years by buying the brand Vredestein. Apollo is now the 15th tyre manufacturer worldwide.
    With headquarters based in India, Apollo has several production plants in India, South Africa, Zimbabwe and the Netherlands.
    Since March 2010, Apollo tyres are fitted as original equipment on Volkswagen Polo models assembled in India.
    Apollo sells about ten of thousands of tyres per month in Europe, which currently represents for one third of its sales.
