Wintrac 4 Xtreme is a winter tyre specially designed for high performance SUVs. The innovative design of Giugiaro performs well on-road and gives an aggressive appearance to the tyre. The Optimum Silica Processing (OSP) in the tread compound provides excellent grip and improved aquaplaning resistance. The tyre's unique W-shaped tread quickly disperses mud and snow off the tread and gives good performance on rough, snow covered surfaces. Pressure is equally distributed on the tread blocks which increases tread life and reduces noise level. The robust sidewall with special belt construction helps in providing good steering response even at high speeds. The rim protector protects the wheels. Wintrac 4 Xtreme is a good blend of style and performance.

    Having changed for snow conditions found the grip very good. No noticable difference in comfort or road noise. Used on Exmoor on small farm as well as long motorway journies

    a brilliant tyre.excellent all round performance both on snow and on dry roads.first set on a 54 plate xtrail lasted 3 years with a total mileage of approx.35ooo miles. have just purchased another xtrail and have fitted four new tyres to it.

    HYUNDAI Santa Fe 4WD Automatique
    Excellent winter tyre, great on snow and in all conditions at low temperatures. Wet handling and braking is miles better than standard summer Kumhos and they are quite good. Have had Nokian WRG2 SUV and Vredestein Quatrac 3 before, these are in a different class especially in the snow. If bought at the right time, they aren't expensive compared to brand premiums such as Michelin, Goodyear for arguably better performance.
