The Indonesian brand GT Radial was ranked No 1 for the "best value tire", by the American auto magazine, Motor, in July 2006. Created in 1951, the small bike tires factory has become the largest tire manufacturer in the South-East of Asia. On an international scale, GT Radial has won its place in top 20. Located in the middle of a natural environment favourable to its development, where rubber is one of the most important resources, GT Radial attracts with its tires' quality, conceived to meet the needs of all consumers. These tires are known in almost 100 countries, for their technological virtues and their modern look. They thus seduced Michelin, who bought a significant part of its shares in 2005. A wonderful business opportunity seized by Michelin, if we remember that GT Radial has always collaborated with sounding brands, like Pirelli, BF Goodrich or Yokohama.
