Light truck tyres, 4x4, 4WD and car tyres 18 inches and above are usually shipped in parcels of 1 tyre.
It is mandatory that the client checks his tyres himself before the fitting is done. In case of mistake in the tyres shipped, the tyres will not be taken back or refunded AFTER mounting.

Delivery to a fitting station
It is the client’s duty to contact the garage before ordering to make sure he can receive and mount the tyres.
It is mandatory that the client checks his tyres himself before the fitting is done. In case of mistake in the tyres shipped, the tyres will not be taken back or refunded AFTER mounting.
Absence of consignee
After this deadline, the tyres will be returned to the PNEUS-ONLINE warehouses.If the client wishes to have the tyres delivered a second time, he must pay a set delivery price of 22 GBP, tax included, per tyre (See Terms and Conditions)
Partial delivery
PNEUS ONLINE will then ship missing product rapidly to client.

Damaged products or non-matching to order products

Loss of parcel
A claim will then be filed with the transport company in order to find the reason for lateness.
Different case scenarios :
- Transport company does not find the shipping address or does not have shipping address anymore
Solution : PNEUS ONLINE TRADING transmits the complete address to the transport company.
Parcel will be delivered within 48 to 72 hours.
- The parcel is not trackable. The transport company files a claim which can take up to 10 business days.
Solution : If the parcel is found, it will be shipped to the client.
If the parcel is lost, PNEUS ONLINE TRADING proceeds to a new shipment or a refund of the order, according to client’s instructions.

Are tyres purchased online new and guaranteed?
Yes, we only sell new tyres that have the same manufacturer guarantee as tyres sold by fitting centres or autocentres.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free whatever the number of purchased tyres or total cost of your order.
How long is delivery time?
Delivery time ranges from three (3) to five (5) business days. This information is provided as a rough estimate only. Consequently, a longer delivery time can in no way result in deductions, the payment of damages, or the cancellation of current orders.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices on our site include VAT.
How is delivery carried out?
Once your payment has been received, we will send the tyres to the indicated delivery address. Delivery is carried out by our shipping companies, which deliver on business days from 8am to 6pm.
Can I make an appointment with the delivery person?
You cannot make an appointment with the delivery person. That is why we cannot tell you in advance the time and day of your initial delivery.
